What they do
Founded 1993, HQ in Guangzhou Science City. One of the world's largest bioplastic producers (~274,000 t bio-based plastics in 2024). Portfolio: modified plastics, fully biodegradable plastics, special engineering plastics, carbon-fibre composites, hydrogen energy and high-performance resins.
Expanding into green biomanufacturing (bio-based organic acids such as L-lactic and succinic acid, bio-based 1,4-BDO, bio-based polyesters), with a completed ~10,000 t/yr bio-based 1,4-BDO plant in Liaoning (early 2025).
